If you want to special drink, like red wine or white wine, you can ask too. You must to hold the feet of the glass. After that, waiter will give a soft bread on the bread plate in left with a butter. The better manner when you will eat that bread, first you take a bread knife with your right hand, after that use the knife to cut the middle of bread. Then spread the butter in the bread with the knife. You mustn’t eat all the bread.
After the bread, waiter will give you the opening food, like mixed green salad. Use dessert knife and dessert fork to eat that salad. If you’ve finish, put fork on the plate and the knife next to the fork, knife must in the right. Waiter will bring your salad plate and give you a bowl of soup. Use soup spoon to eat that. But, if you eat the soup with the spoon, take the soup with spoon but not much, take from behind to front. You can’t blow that soup if the soup is hot, and then if you eat that soup then the soup is hot, don’t back that soup, you can drink a lot of water from the water goblet. You can eat soft bread again, if you want, you can dip the bread in the soup then you can eat. If you finish, put the spoon in the bowl.
After soup, you can eat the main course, like tenderloin steak with black paper sauce. Take dinner knife and dinner fork to eat the steak. You can give a lot of salt and paper if you want. Hold knife with your right hand and fork with your left hand. Cut the steak with knife, and then take with fork to eat. If you finish, put knife and fork, same with salad.
After that, waiter will take your steak plate and put a cake as dessert. Use spoon dessert to eat. After finish, put the spoon on the plate, then waiter will come to take your plate.
The last is ending drink. Waiter will come to ask you. Usually only two choices, tea and coffee. The waiter will give you some sugar and cream. You can put that if you want. Tea spoon only use to stir your drink. After you stir your drink, you can put the spoon next to cup on the small tea plate.
